Responsibilities
- Take part in all administrative tasks (workflow control, meetings, minutes, estimates, records, checking, etc) under the direction of the Account Executive and Account Manager.
- Execute tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
- Work with cross-functioned teams within the company.
- Develop a thorough understanding of his/her brands.
- Is hungry to learn the business and apply that knowledge – measured by number of training sessions attended and AE’s evaluation of how the learning is applied back on the job.
Qualifications
- Interested/passionate in marketing, especially in Ads-Com.
- University background in Marketing, Communications, or related majors. Last year students or Fresh graduates and less than 1 year of working experience is much preferred.
- A strong command of English, especially speaking and writing skills is a must.
- Hard-working, creative, open-minded, highly responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Have a “can-do” and learning attitude.
