Roles & Responsibilities:
- OKR management and tracking: conduct regular business performance monitoring and analyze the factors impacting fluctuation
- DA: maintain online and offline dashboard
- Strategic analysis: applied business analytical skills to identify the causes and solutions for certain problems, and make strategic advice accordingly
- PMO- Act as coordinator to run cross-functional projects/initiatives with cross-function team
Qualifications
- Actively enrolled university student (senior undergraduate or master) who is able to commit at least 3 months, preferably in business related majors.
- Prior experience in strategy/business analysis/DA
- Can work under pressure and do multi-task
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Excel, Data Analytical tool.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, growth mindset and willing to learn.
