* Working Location:
Office 1: Quang Trung Software City, District 12, Ho Chi Minh city.
Office 2: Tower 1, One Hub Saigon, Lot C1-2, D1 Street, Saigon Hi-tech Park, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam
* Working time: off 5 days/month, day/night shift

Troubleshooting via inbound, outbound, email, chat, and messaging on various topics such as additional travel advice, modifications, cancellations, and complaints.

Assisting Individuals with accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools, methods, and processes. Report immediately serious cases/ inconstant situations

Ensuring a high level of customer service and a positive guest experience.
REQUIREMENTS

Graduated from High School or Above.

Fluent English is a must. (work 100% in English)

Open for fresher, training before starting to work with international standard.
