Job Description
1. Tổ chức công tác nắm tình hình trong nội bộ địa bàn và tình hình cạnh tranh thị trường; phát hiện từ xa các vấn đề tiềm ẩn uy hiếp an ninh nội bộ, tham mưu kịp thời cho lãnh đạo
Organize work to grasp the situation within the locality and market competition; remotely detect potential problems threatening internal security, promptly advise leaders
2. Phối hợp với cơ quan quản lý Nhà nước về an ninh trật tự nơi làm việc, nơi ở của CBCNV, nơi xảy ra các vụ vi phạm trong nội bộ để chủ động nắm tình hình phối hợp giải quyết
Coordinating with the government management agency in charge of security and order at the workplace, where employees live, where internal violations occur to proactively grasp the situation of coordination and resolution
3. Xác minh thẩm định lại nhân sự đối với trường hợp rà soát chính trị nội bộ, bị tố cáo vi phạm và theo chỉ đạo của lãnh đạo
Verify and re-appraisal of personnel in case of internal political review, accused of violations and under the direction of the leader
4. Tiếp nhận, lập kế hoạch xác minh giải quyết các vụ việc, đơn thư tố cáo trong ngoài công ty về các hành vi vi phạm của CBCNV theo quy định pháp luật
Receive, prepare to verify, and resolve cases and complaints involving employee legal violations both within and outside the company
Requirements
– Trình độ chuyên môn/Education: Tốt nghiệp đại học trở lên các chuyên ngành về kinh tế, thương mại, đối ngoại hoặc luật
University graduate or above majoring in economics, commerce, foreign affairs or law
– Kinh nghiệm/Job related experience: Kinh nghiệm 1 năm làm trong các tổ chức kinh doanh hoặc ngành luật
1 year experience working in business organizations or law industry
– Kiến thức chuyên ngành/Specific knowledge: Có kiến thức về mặt pháp luật và tài chính
Having legal and financial knowledge
– Khả năng am hiểu/Business understanding: Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt; tiếp cận, tìm hiểu vấn đề nhanh nhạy; khả năng đánh giá, tổng hợp vấn đề tốt
Good communication skills; approach and learn the problem quickly; Good ability to evaluate and synthesize problems
– Yêu cầu khác/Other requirements:
+ Sử dụng thành thạo tiếng Anh với Toiec tối thiểu 600 hoặc tương đương
Fluent in English with a minimum TOEIC of 600 or equivalent
+ Kỹ năng tin học văn phòng tốt
Good Microsoft Office skills
