JOB DESCRIPTION
RSM Vietnam’s Client a leading brand in the comprehensive motor manufacturer in Japan. The Company is now looking for suitable candidate for the job position as Tax and Payable Accountant (Full-time: 7 months), who be responsible for:
- Prepare tax provisions schedules, returns, payments, reports and maintain a company’s tax database
- Find tax solutions to complicated tax issues or errors from incorrect tax filings
- Make sure to comply with federal, state and local tax regulations
- Advise management about the impact of tax liabilities and corporate strategies or new tax laws
- Coordinate outsourced tax preparation work
- Accurately prepare quarterly and annual tax reports
- Obtain proper information and/or data regarding invoice payments
- Check vendor files for any previous payments and assign voucher numbers
- Prepare vouchers listing invoice number, date, vendor address, item description, amounts and coding per accounting policies and procedures
- Reconcile bank statements
- Input daily bookkeeping and record keeping
- Verify invoices against purchase orders and ensure goods or services were received before issuing payment to vendors
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or relevant field
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position
- Strong knowledge of Vietnam Accounting Standards
- Good understanding of MS Office and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
