What you will do
- Analyze customer feedback & evaluate product performance:
- Involves using data to understand customer pain points while they experience MoMo products;
- You’ll draw insights about products from the data you’ve gathered;
- The goal is to evaluate products to determine how they can be improved or updated.
- Monitor Feedback Loop:
- Act as a bridge between user and product development team, conveying customer feedback and concerns for consideration;
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify areas for product improvement and optimization, such as user interface enhancements and product balance adjustments;
- You will assist in evaluating the impact of new features and changes to MoMo, providing data-driven recommendations.
- Create reports and presentations about product data findings:
- You will provide regular reports and updates on app performance and actionable insights to improve user experience by using dashboard, charts, graphs or other visuals to represent the data in a way other stakeholders easily understand;
- In some cases, you’ll present the findings to senior management to justify your product recommendations.
- Proactively communicate and share research results and recommendations: to colleagues and key stakeholders (in product, design, data science, marketing, and business units).
What you will need
- Proven work experience as a Mobile App Analyst or similar role, with strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets , identify trends, and extract actionable insights;
- Good at statistical analysis (SQL,SPSS, R/R Studio) and experience with data query and manipulation;
- Passion for observing behavior & synthesizing insights into product design & development;
- Strong product sense; an understanding of product development, design thinking while being aware of industry trends and competitive actions as a context for making analysis;
- Excellent written and verbal communication; be able to express ideas clearly and simply..;
- Has a good attitude and ability to work independently, as well as part of a team;
- Language: proficient in English. Chinese is a plus.
