Job Description:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, guests;
  • Answer and transfer incoming calls;
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing mails, couriers, keep track and record to ensure proper distribution;
  • Monitor meeting room booking schedule;
  • Book taxi services;
  • Be in charge of updating list of working schedule
  • Keep on track with payment of taxi, mail and Grab expenses and other expenses.
  • Assist in organizing company meetings, seminars, and events;
  • Perform other additional responsibilities as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • University graduation in Business Administration, English, Office Administration or other related majors;
  • 0 – 1 year of working experience in relevant field required
  • Demonstrate strong verbal/ written communication, problem solving skills, collaboration skills and other interpersonal skills with people across and out side the firm;
  • Show good telephone skills and be familiar with telephone switchboard;
  • Show good proficiency in English and be familiar with using Word, Excel;
