Job Description:
- Greet and welcome visitors, guests;
- Answer and transfer incoming calls;
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mails, couriers, keep track and record to ensure proper distribution;
- Monitor meeting room booking schedule;
- Book taxi services;
- Be in charge of updating list of working schedule
- Keep on track with payment of taxi, mail and Grab expenses and other expenses.
- Assist in organizing company meetings, seminars, and events;
- Perform other additional responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
- University graduation in Business Administration, English, Office Administration or other related majors;
- 0 – 1 year of working experience in relevant field required
- Demonstrate strong verbal/ written communication, problem solving skills, collaboration skills and other interpersonal skills with people across and out side the firm;
- Show good telephone skills and be familiar with telephone switchboard;
- Show good proficiency in English and be familiar with using Word, Excel;
