JOB DESCRIPTION
Facilities, System & Equipment management:
- Manage using & demand of facilities, equipment & service to support working condition:
- Laptop, projector, screen, locker in the changing room, hygiene status of changing room, all guidance boards inside/outside company).
- Manage Chair for staffs in office & meeting rooms, managed meeting room, Manage the using & storage situation & hygiene condition of the admin storage room, manage drinking water system.
- Manage office machineries.
- Manage general telephone (VOIP), telephone system & ADSL system, wifi system, LAN system).
Infrastructure improvement:
- Follow-up the infrastructure situation & using demand to propose for improvement.
- Support to supervise the construction jobs relating to improvement infrastructure.
Information channel management:
- Take charge of ADM information bulletin board, update information & announcement file, information convey activity to employees.
- In charge to recording information (take picture, video and making poster, report & clip, etc) of company events & activities (year-end party, company trip, health check, etc).
- Compile notice, announcement, guidance, etc relating to activity of HR & ADM
- Translate any relating jobs, document for both bilingual (English – Vnese) for Head of Dept. and BOD.
Company (VTC) events & activity (Year-end Party, Flower Contest, Christmas Day for Employee’s children…)
Safety activity & Improvement working condition activity:
- Support to manage & ensure the safety activity.
- Well update regulation of Safety training to support for Safety activity.
- In charge of improvement working condition (5S, Kaisen, working condition, etc) of Company.
Reception jobs & Others:
- Support to maintain the behavior & hospitality when welcoming Guests, inspectors visit or working (Prepare tea break for guest/Inspection, uniform, locker, other utilities for Guests, Inspectors for visiting tour).
- Manage letter/ document (from outside) sending to Company.
- Manage of room booking & using conditions

REQUIREMENTS
- Fresh Graduated from University (major in Business Administration, Law, Human Resource Management, English language, related majors)
- Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PPT)
- Fluent in English (Writing and Speaking)
