Purpose of the role:
- To support the marketing team in managing and optimizing traffic, resources, and in-app configurations for our e-commerce campaigns
Responsibilities:
- Assist major marketing projects, including mega campaigns (e.g. 11.11 and 12.12), seasonal festivities (e.g. Valentine’s Day) and other initiatives
- Traffic Management: collaborate with product teams and cross campaign teams to book and optimize in-app traffic for each campaign, ensuring maximum visibility that aligns with marketing objectives.
- Resource Allocation: Work closely with each campaign team to allocate and manage resources effectively, ensuring that campaigns run smoothly and efficiently.
- In-App Configuration: Support in configuring in-app settings and features to enhance the user experience and drive conversions, eg: games, vouchers, campaign microsite, push notifications, etc.
- Analytics: Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and provide insights for optimization
- Campaign Execution: Collaborate internally within campaign team to ensure successful execute
- Conduct performance reports in a diligent and timely manner
Qualifications
- An undergraduate student who can work full-time 5 days a week for minimum 6 months.
- Comprehend and effectively apply essential principles of project management and communication.
- Can-do attitude with clear point of view and influencing skill, delivering the results and able to make change.
- Strong proficiency using computer-based applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving trends and priorities.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced environment.
