JOB DESCRIPTION
1. General operations administrative support:
· Support daily administrative tasks, including answering mail, maintaining records, entering data, and maintaining office supplies.
2. Project:
· Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned by the supervisor
· Work closely with team members to support various projects and initiatives.
· Attend team meetings and take notes when necessary.
3. Coordination:
· Schedule appointments and meetings for team members.
· Coordinate logistics for meetings
4. Report
· Support the operations team in conducting a report
5. Nonfood:
· Data: coordinate with stores to collect information about price, stock, pending issues
· Promotion: check catalogs weekly
· Support stores on display items as a guideline
6. Others: Any additional responsibility as and when required by operations.
REQUIREMENTS
– Students in the 3rd or 4th year of the University/College of related majors
– Excellent proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel
– No experience required
– Hardworking, enthusiastic, diligent, eager to learn
– Love to work with people, detail-oriented person.
– Basic communication in English
– Prioritize full-time internship or can be of 1-2 sessions/week depending on the study schedule
– Duration of Internship: 6 months
