RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Graphic Design
- Develop visually engaging graphics for a variety of communication materials, including but not limited to presentations, newsletters, social media content, and internal communications.
- Ensure that all design materials adhere to brand guidelines and effectively communicate the intended message.
2. Communication Design
- Work closely with the communication team to conceptualize and design materials that effectively convey key messages to both internal and external audiences.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their communication needs and translate them into visually appealing and effective designs.
3. Video Editing
- Create and edit videos for internal and external use
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather video content and ensure a consistent and high-quality visual representation.
4. Others

Support events organized by Employer Branding, Engagement & Communication.

Undertake any additional tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor, contributing to the overall success of the EB, Engagement & Communication efforts.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 1-year experience in design or related positions
- Creativity in Art/Design
- Proficient in Graphic-Design and Layout skills
- Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop
- Knowledge Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere is a plus
- Sketching is a plus
