JOB DESCRIPTION
- Study and research relevant accounting, finance, tax and legal regulations.
- Assist in preparing monthly expenses reports and cash books as required.
- Perform booking of accounting entries in accounting systems.
- Assist in researching and preparing statutory statistics reports.
- Support in preparing a financial statements package i.e. General Ledgers, Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, Cashflow Statement.
- Assist in preparing management reports, cashflow, forecast, budget, modelling, etc.
- Assist in preparing tax returns and legal documents.
- File accounting, finance, tax and payroll documents.
- Assist in preparing annual accounting, finance, tax, and payroll training materials.
- Other tasks as required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant subjects, e.g. accounting and/or finance (fresh graduate are welcomed)
- Good analytical skills and enjoy working with numbers
- Strong organizational, time management skills and effective communication skills
- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative
- Enthusiastic, demonstrate “can do” and “team working” attitude with an ability to learn quickly
- Good command of English and Vietnamese
