1. Graphic Degign Intern

Key Responsibilities:
  • In charge of design photo for social posts, merchandise, and other publications for onlinecampaign (Facebook, Linkedln, Mailchimp);
  • Support design materials for online & offline events;
  • Communicate with different vendors (education agency, school, university) to deliver themarketing content;
  • Assisting management team to manage upcoming project.
 Job Requirements:
  • Senior/Fresh graduates in a related bachelor’s program;
  •  Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as AI, Photoshop…);
  • Communication and team work skill;
  • English (communication, reading and content writing);
  • Must be available for at least a 3-month full-time internship, or at least 3 days per week;
  • Responsible and positive work attitude with good abilities to deal with challenging tasks in a fast-paced environment.

2. Marketing Intern

Key Responsibilities:
  • In charge of content and online campaigns for new products & new schools.
  • Support to design for social post and event campaign.
  • Communicate with different vendors (education agency, school, university) to deliver the content
  • Assisting management team to manage upcoming project in the South East Asia region (Philippines, Malaysia, Korean, Japan)
  • Management Fanpage, social network accounts.
  • Supporting for annual events of GSP.
  • Performing various tasks as directed by the director.
 Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience:
  • Senior/Fresh graduates in a related bachelor’s program;
  • Must be available for at least a 3-month full-time internship, or at least 3 days per week;
  • Design skill (Canva, AI and PTS is and advantage);
  • Good English skills;
  • Ability to understand and follow online/offline project and Marketing strategy.

3. Human Resources Intern (HR Intern)

Key Responsibilities:
HR – Recruitment:
  • Support HR recruitment tasks to ensure all vacancies are filled with suitable candidates within target time, such as: posting job openings, collecting CVs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews with prospective candidates, sending Confirmation and Regret Letters;
  • Support the Operations Executive to welcome guests, register employee card, and manage email, company account for new hires;
  • Assist with HR-related reports and employee queries;
  • Maintain and update human resources documents, data of company and employees;
Other tasks assigned by the line manager.
  • Administrative & Staff management:
  • Assist with the company’s internal activities to enhance employee engagement;
  • Coordinate with Marketing/Partnership team to support other external events;
  • Perform Ad-hoc tasks as required.
Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience:
  • Senior/Fresh graduates in a related bachelor’s program;
  • Strong interest in Human Resources and a desire to learn and grow in the field;
  • Good English (reading and writing);
  • Must be available for at least a 3-month full-time internship, or at least 3 days per week;
