1. Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Business Development (80%)

  • Engage and build relationships with the agreed targeted channel portfolio – education agents, Test Prep centers, schools, and others to leverage and drive growth in GSP student enrolments
  • Support RRM to achieve revenue, student placement, agent recruitment, retention, and other targets as a set.
  • Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets.
  • Attendance, in and outside regular working hours, at events and functions representing GSP to students, chools, Education Agents, and other potential channel partners and enrolment sources
  • CRM to maintain good customer service for existing & new markets.

Research & Sales support (20%)

  • Research and propose proper study plans for customers’ inquiries.
  • Identify and evaluate market opportunities for new products, and services and assess the viability of existing products and strategies.
  • Research and update information to provide advice to internal stakeholders regarding trends in your relevant Territory
Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree with 1+ year working experience.
  • Experience across a B2B and /or B2C sales environment is an advantage.
  • A strong understanding of sales pipeline management.
  • Ability to generate new business with student agents.
  • Knowledge of international education systems; graduate career and recruitment requirements.
  • Knowledge of the enrollment and visa requirements for Australia and the US and past counseling perience and awareness of the counseling process for Australian and US destination universities is a plus.

2. Case Processing Officer

Job Description
  • Checking documents received from channel partners then submitted to partner Institutions and to help channel partners get Offer Letter in a timely manner.
  • Following up CoE and visa for students’ applications.
  • Arranging accommodation, airport pickup, etc. for students.
  • Find out, update information, student visa process.
  • Reporting to Admission/ Business Manager.
  • Assess and make selection decisions using enrollment knowledge and assess direct applications,ensuring timelines for selection are met.
  • Identify and monitor pathways cohorts, establish eligibility to progress and record associated advanced standing.
  • Support the Marketing Manager, Business Development Manager in the review, planning and implementation of all Admissions-related processes and activities.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the team leader/line manager.
Job Requirements
  • Knowledge about studying overseas, student placement is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, explanation and customer orientation.
  • Excellent English (reading and writing).
  • Logical thinking, active learning.
  • Ability to work under high pressure and target.
  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, no experience is required.

3. Commission Admin

Job Description

Commissions (90%):

  • Collect, manage and submit operations expenses for HO finance.
  • Mainly in-charge of processing commissions, including: following enrollment and documentsfrom customer/partners; calculating commissions; sending commissions notification to customers, following up Invoice with customers and partners.
  • Frequently update monthly reports for HO in accurate and well-organized manner, maintain systematic data according to regulations.
  • Strictly secure data of company and partners.
  • Other jobs according to the analysis and direction of the Manager.

Administration (10%):

  • Support other operation tasks performed by the Operations team
  • Report to the Operations Manager
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor degree with at least 1 year of experience in finance or administrative, operation roles.
  • Interest in working with numbers and systems.
  • Accounting or finance background is a plus.
  • Good English skills (reading and writing).
Other Attributes:
  • Have a high rate of honesty, meticulousness, and detail-oriented, especially in numbers.
  • Have a sense of responsibility, commitment to long-term work.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Google.
  • Logical thinking is a must.

4. Operations Executive (Finance Team)

Key Responsibilities:

Commissions (90%)

  • Follow up the Enrollment status of students applications to forecast and plan the Commissions schedule.
  • Control the system to ensure the correct calculation of Commissions team in Head Office.
  • Closely follow up the payment from Institutition to ensure the payment schedule to Recruitment Partners.
  • Customer Relationship Management by supporting the Recruitment
  • Partners in preparing Invoices, uploading to system, updating the payment timeline, etc…
  • Identify any fault issues in the system to update the procedure and feedback to increase the system advance of GSP portal.
  • Support to prepare and build Southeast Asia Commissions team in 2023, to be in charge of all the related work in SEA Market.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the team leader/line Manager.

Other supporting tasks (10%):

  • HRBP and Operations (Administration) in peak seasons (if needed).
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor degree with 1+ year working experience.
  • English proficiency (especially Reading & Writing)
  • Good communication skill, logical thinking, active learning and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under high pressure with high sense of customer orientation.
  • Love working with number, knowledge of Accounting/ Finance is a plus but not necessary.

5. Partnership Executive

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
  • Working closely with Institution partners to ensure the marketing activities and admissions support to achieve team target.
  • Attending on institution’s workshop, training to generate updated information of Institutions and industry for internal training, useful information source for marketing campaign.
  • Being a contact point and proactive planner for promotion campaign provided by Global Study
  • Partners for Institution Partners.
  • Delivery a great experience to our Institution Partners when working with GSP – you will represent our brand and be our partners’ liaison internally.
  • Understanding of partners and investigate new markets.
  • Working closely with marketing team and support manage monthly event.
  • Other CRM activities to maintain good relationship with Institution Partners.
  • Performing various tasks as directed by the director.
Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience:
  • At least 1-2 year of working experience in Customer services/ Sales/…
  • Great communication skill and professional manners.
  • Experience in international environment is an competitive advantage.
  • Fast learner and like challenges (as we are the pioneer in the market there are many new technology and industry knowledge need to learn everyday)
  • Good English Skills (communication, reading & business writing)
  • Ability to understand and follow project and Marketing strategy
