What you will do
- Strategic Planning
- Define vision and research users’ needs to define the Merchant Financing Products Roadmap;
- Own Merchant Financing Products from the business idea to launching in order to control the operational and monetary aspects of a business;
- Utilize research and analytics to pursue innovative ideas that solve everyday problems for both users and businesses;
- Represents the service in business strategy discussions and provides strategic advice to the service team;
- Work with Growth and Marketing Team to define growth strategy for Merchant Financing Products;
- Project Management
- Owns the product roadmap;
- Controls and prioritizes all business requests, such as those for feature enhancements, ensuring limited resources are spent on high-value requests;
- Reviews and approves communications for key stakeholders and the business;
- Operations Management
- Maintain constant communication with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure proper operations of the product;
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols;
- Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company’s internal capacity;
- Other duties/projects as assigned by the direct manager.
What you will need
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Business Administration or related fields;
- Know how to use SQL language in data retrieval, analysis, and calculation;
- Knowledge about online/offline micro SME merchants (e-commerce, fintech, finance, e-banking, etc.) is a plus;
- Eager to learn & adaptability;
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Quickly adapt to change at a high-speed space;
- Enjoy dynamic and fast-paced environments;
- Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes;
- Knowledge of business productivity software and an aptitude for learning new applications.
