I. WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Prepare and submit budget statements for new store construction and minor repair and maintenance items;
- Making contracts and procedures for payment and settlement for contractors for construction, repair, and maintenance items;
- Making and monitoring payment records management, volume settlement with contractors;
- Store settlement records, complete scientific works, easy to find, easy to see, easy to get;
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager;
- Periodic reporting: Month/Week – on the 23rd of every month and every Friday.
II. WHAT DO YOU NEED?
- General understanding of the construction industry;
- Knowledge of construction contracts and construction accounting;
- Have supervisory and time management skills;
- At least 1 year of similar experience;
- Ability to work according to flowchart;
- Good communication skills, excellent management skills & teamwork skills;
- Advanced computer literacy;
- Adaptability: be able to adapt to changing requirements and work in a fast-paced environment;
- Can work under pressure.
