Roles & Responsibilities:
- Involve in execution of key platform policies by policy documentation and iteration to relevant stakeholders, tracking relevant performance metrics and establishing call-to-action routines to steer policies overall performance
- Support in basic data collection, data processing, data structure in spreadsheets to serve for different analysis purposes
- Collaborate with different stakeholders across cross-functional teams of TikTok Shop to deliver project’s results
- Ad-hoc research & analysis upon request
Qualifications
- Actively enrolled university student with commitment to 5 working days per week for at least 3 months; preferably major in Economics & Finance, Statistics, Business Administration
- Self-starter, curious and entrepreneur mindset with minimum supervision to deliver results
- Demonstrated experience in involvement of team projects both in university courses & extra-curricular activities
- Experience with Excel, G-Docs and analytical tools
- Ability to articulate thoughts process into structured presentation
- Proficient in using English in both verbal and written communication is a must
