KPMG Digital Innovation team’s mission is to help our customers in Vietnam and other regions to turn initiatives into value & gain innovation capabilities by consulting companies better control innovation’s investment and set up innovation facilities. Innovation is one of the fast-growing consulting practices in KPMG as the companies realize the importance of continuously innovating to face uncertainty, particularly during this Covid time. RESPONSIBILITIES
We invite highly motivated, dynamic students to join our fast-growing Digital Innovation Consulting team. In this role, you will:
- Support our team to conduct research on various business topics, gather insights, perform quantitative and qualitative analysis for digital innovation projects
- Actively get involved in internal knowledge sharing activities (technical skills and innovation methodologies trainings, sharing on various business/technology/innovation topics, etc.)
- Support our team in the business development process, especially in terms of visualization and documentation
- Support collecting, analyzing customer needs related to innovation, technology in different industry sectors.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience and knowledge that the candidate should have:
- Final-year undergraduate student or fresh graduate with less than 1 year of experience (preferred)
- Ability to conduct research on diverse topics and convert information from different sources into strategic conclusions. Qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis are equally valuable.
- High level of lateral, critical, strategic thinking with the ability to propose solutions that challenge conventions while solving business needs.
- Excellent ability in visualization and documentation (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Ability to use a variety of design tools (Miro, Figma, Balsamiq, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience with Agile, SCRUM, Design Thinking is a plus.
- Having a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technology-related, Innovation and Entrepreneurship is a plus.

- Enjoy working in an agile way, fuzzy situations, and a multicultural environment. International working experience (abroad or foreign companies in Vietnam) is a plus.
