SALES SPECIALIST (AIR-CON)
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Sales
– Finding and realizing project sales, opening new account to achieve sales target
– Keeping close communication with customers to build good relationship
– Promptly updating to customers about new information on product, price, policy…
– Taking responsibility to achieve sales and collection target by monthly, quarterly, yearly

LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT LEAD
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. People development for all levels:
– Conducting new hires orientation and drive continuous improvement for employees’ onboarding experience
– Collaborating with Internal Communications on culture education and education
– Managing both internal and external training programs for various groups of employees (non-managerial, junior/senior management) including Training Needs Analysis (TNA), implementation, evaluation and budget management
– Assisting Human Resource Director in other development activities (i.e job transfer/rotation/talent mobility) or global/regional skill development initiatives
2. Talent Management:

HR OFFICER (L&D)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Learning & Development (60-70%)
- Coordinate onboarding, orientation of new employees, new-hire survey report & analysis
- Assist implementation of mandatory training (compliance, promotion), soft skills and/ or leadership training programs according to the approved plan and budget
- Prepare and/or maintain all kinds of training records and documents (attendance list, training materials, evaluation forms etc) as per company policy
- Perform assigned tasks related to L&D projects (Talent management, Learning Management System (LMS))

PLANNING OFFICER
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Prepare all documents related to promotion support programs to sub-dealer, including but not limited to printing, get signature, scanning, emailing to sub-dealer.
- Make payment process for sub-dealer in System.
- Reconcile payment amount with sub-dealer/ salesmen.
- Summarize budget balance and pending status report to direct supervisor.
- Other administrative tasks as assigned by supervisor.
