ASSISTANT, PRODUCT MANAGEMENT (8-MONTH CONTRACT)

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Ensure consistency between product documents during the adjustment process to new regulations.
  • Ensure output results comply with the approved content, especially important documents.
  • Build a set of test cases based on input data provided by the line manager.
  • Perform UAT to ensure system accuracy according to new regulations.
  • Work closely with all relevant departments to ensure project progress.
  • Monitor and evaluate to promptly adjust or support after launching each phase to ensure system stability and archive all important documents.
  • Assist the line manager and the project lead in preparing product documentation including System requirements, OP Specs (keep it updated to new rules), training materials, etc. The level of detail and involvement will be subject to guidance from the line manager.
  • Support the development of product communication materials such as brochures, and website content. The level of detail and involvement will be subject to guidance from the line manager.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Having at least 6-month of working experience in Admin role.
  • Meticulous personality and patience with tasks requiring detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel is a must.
  • A good communicator, both verbally and in writing.
  • Open to exploring new things or new ways of working.
  • Ability to work with a wide range of people from different departments with a spirit of coordination and openness.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.

ASSISTANT, PLANNING ADMIN (12-MONTH CONTRACT)

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assist in making proposal (in English) and getting approval to launch contest schemes.
  • Prepare MEMO, documents/ presentation slides for contests, sales kick-off, conference, …
  • Prepare and send out target letters to sale teams monthly/quarterly.
  • Perform process of uploading memos on system & email to sale teams for communicating contests.
  • Support in preparing monthly, quarterly, yearly strategic & ad hoc reports to highlight on sales performance/behaviour.
  • Support in planning and building contests & incentive schemes, work with relevant department to seek for full approval as per company’s procedure.

REQUIREMENTS

  • University graduated.
  • Open for fresh graduate with at least 6-month experience in Administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel/Power Point) is a must.
  • Experience in creating detailed reports.
  • Good communication skills in both Vietnamese & English (especially in writing).
  • Hard-working and willing to learn.
