JOB DESCRIPTION
– Brainstorm ideas for programs, activities, and events to engage all employees of the company
– Plan, implement, and ensure the effectiveness of employee engagement programs
– Bringing excitement, energy, and passion to the employees
– Ensure the operation of internal communication tools such as information exchange software, teamwork, bulletin board,…
– Ensure the transmission of information across departments, to help employees understand all messages from the corporation.
– Perform and support admin tasks such as booking meeting rooms and preparing meeting logistics for meetings…
– Make a report on work, progress of assigned work
– Execute other projects and tasks assigned by the L&D Supervisor
REQUIREMENTS
– 3rd year or final year student, fresh graduate from majoring in Human Resources, Event Management, Communication; Marketing, Tourism, or Administration.
– Fluent in written and spoken English
– Excellent computer skills, especially using PowerPoint, familiar with MS Office 365
– Can use Canva, AI,or Ps
– Good time management skills, problem-solving skills, and task management skills
