JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist the Campaign & Merchandise team with all internal and external communications collaterals in Vietnamese (80%) & English (20%), from writing, and editing based on the brief & request from the Campaign & Merchandise team.
- Develop, execute, and oversee E-Marketing content plans, including monthly/weekly Auto chat, CRM, Push Notification, and News Feed on the Ecommerce Platforms of Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, and TikTok Shop.
- ·Analyze content performance and make data-driven decisions to maximize content impact.
- Other tasks assigned by the line manager
REQUIREMENTS
- Senior, Undergraduate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or English.
- Able to work full-time (Mon – Fri)
- Excellent writing and editing skills. A flair for brevity, as well as flawless spelling and grammar.
- A knack for channeling different editorial voices, and an understanding of brand audience — what they care about and what they share.
- An affinity for writing on ecommerce topics.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Follow up & update online content trendy.
