JOB DESCRIPTION
HUMAN RESOURCE INTERN (POD)
Work hour
Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00 and one Saturday morning per month
Your tasks and responsibilities
- Assist in People & Organizational Development projects/activities: English Club, Technology Club, Talent Programs, Leadership programs, the company trainings, and other HR initiatives.
- Prepare materials and related reports for monthly/quarterly HR workshops and activities
- Assist in scheduling training plans, follow-up with participants
- Update, create events on the company’s learning and internal platforms
- In charge of training records on Learning platform
- Assist in employee feedback and do required analyses
- Provide responses to employee’s enquiries on related matters
- Other duties assigned by line manager
REQUIREMENTS
Your skills and experience
- Last year student or fresh graduate who wants to learn and grow in HR field.
- Can join the internship full time for 6 months or 1 years
- Careful, customer oriented, can-do attitude and willing to learn.
- Logical thinking and able to implement
- Good at communication & problem solving skills.
- Good command of English.
