1. Import/Export Control :

• Control import/export shipping document for clearance and Company ‘s cross check in any at least 5 years onwards
• Accelerate shipment document to shorten clearance and early delivery
• Set up the HS code list with preferential import tax for all imported items to business and supporting Sourcing team in documents
• SOPs for Import/.export, IN/OUT bound goods and delivery,…
• Tender preparation on process documentary, contact, LMD if any
• Ensure the cost for import, export, warehousing activities as well as transportation costs inlign to Company Distribution budget

2. Management of database

• Collect informations relative to new products, imported/exportes goods update to systems right after the task is done
• Alert variance in received goods and claim, alert to related supplier/departments and update actual goods received to systems accurately
• Check and update existing products information & in/outbound goods corespondant to the systems and warehouse data, alert if any risks
• Suggest improvent if any

3. Warehouse & Inventory Control :

• Assist in daily warehouse and shipping areas including: Filling and shipping customer orders, satisfying internal shipping requirements,
• Ensure accuracy of shipments and supporting documentation, receiving incoming materials and routing to appropriate area or personnel
• Ensure the inventory transaction are accuragely logged and overseeing cycle counts and reconcilation activities,
• Optimize the working flow and jobs as inquired if any changes to adapt company’s policy & business plan.
• Warehouse organization, layout and capacity management. Participate in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment
• Oversee warehouse security through review of physical security measures and continuous monitoring, and recommends modification
• to the programs
• Train warehouse associated staffs in job duties, safety procedures and company policies to maintain personnel proficiency in warehouse operations.
• Measuring and reporting the effectiveness of the department activities. Measure, track and monitor all assigned KPI’s
• Other duties as assigned by higher authority
• Prepare SSD, ESD, shipping schedule and receiving goods control in/outbound and regulate space efficiency aligned to budget target.
• Participate mainly in open new warehouse in Hanoi/elsewhere base on company requirement including seeking site, test,
• point-of-use inventory storage areas.  Ex : new warehouse in Hanoi in Apr 22 to be in operation
• Organize stock count monthly, physically stockcount minimum once per year for Hanoi, HCM warehouses
• Other tasks if inquired by Director, Line Managers, and other departments to company ‘s business plan
• Inventory Controller : smoothly & efficiently control all warehouses transaction on G.O.L.D system & Others requirements if any
• Warehouse Operation Management activities : control all warehouses daily inbound/outbound/inbound operations with KPI tracking
• Report daily,weekly, daily the landed cost, stock level, stock risks,
• Be responsible for stock count and organize stock count monthly, audit stock count (yearly) stock out report nationwide.
• Other tasks if inquired by Director, Line Managers, and other departments to company ‘s business plan
• Warehouse Operation Management activities : control all warehouses daily inbound/outbound/inbound operations with KPI tracking
• Report daily,weekly, daily the landed cost, stock level, stock risks,
• Stock movement management on Gold system. Make Adjustment for every import shipment not later than 02 working day from ETA

   4. SOPs, WH project, System project acceleration :

• New warehouse SOP after choosing new Tender or stay with current supplier
• Corporate with other teams to build Ecommerce SOP
• Manage Last Milde Delivery(Make SOP) as required 
• Stock movement management on Gold system. Make Adjustment for every import shipment not later than 02 working day from ETA. And update data to system as well as alert the risks if any.

5.Planning :

• Participate projects such as  for tender or snew warehouse in Hanoi/elsewhere base on company requirement
• Directly action on Warehouse projects for set up, test run, report for smooth operations
• Warehouse Operation Management activities : control all warehouses daily inbound/outbound/inbound operations with KPI tracking
• SSD, ESD, Stock optimization update weekly for Brands and Line Manager/Director
• Others requirement if any by Line Manager/Director

6. Report :

• Weekly report for inventory SSD, ESD, HS code import tax rate, Inventory report, BI report for WHs, SOP,…
• Other if required according to job requirements and assigned by Line Manager/Director

• Education  : Bachelor in economics, business administration, finance
• Experience : Beginner or few years-experience in trading
• Attitude: Rigorous, well organized
• Language: Good level in English
• Computers skills : Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
