JOB DESCRIPTION
- Work closely with E2E SBS backlogs management, Warehouse, and PMO team to improve order performance and buyer experience metric
- Have the ability to analyze data and propose solutions, orientation to improve operation performance
- Draw up the project plans, campaign plans, and dependencies, and communicate across the involved parties to align everyone across the scopes and timeline
- Have the ability to propose solutions for any incident that happened with SBS orders and fulfillment issue
- Ensure project status, issues, or any changes made are communicated to both internal and external stakeholders and documented appropriately
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent communication skills with different stakeholders
- Good analytical thinking and ability to learn quickly with a can-do attitude
- Advanced Excel skill
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Result driven & customer-centric attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese to coordinate with stakeholders from across the region
