JOB DESCRIPTION
Are you a passionate student who is currently pursuing a degree in Foreign Trade, Business administration, or any other relevant major? Are you committing to work full-time in 6 months (8 hours/day & 5 days/week)? Do you want to participate in different projects in the area of the Parts – Logistics Department? Could you imagine supporting a global organization within a tremendous transformation process in a VUCA world?
If so, you should become our new Parts Logistics Operations Intern.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow up the customs clearance procedures for all current and incoming shipment
- Support dealers in getting import documents from Customs Department
- Collect, manage and hand over documents between Parts Distribution Center and MBV
- Prepare supporting documents (Oversea and local) for Payment request and raising tickets
- Check and follow up debit note before creating PR/PO
- Administrative tasks (payments, preparing meeting, etc.)
- Other tasks upon assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Undergraduates majoring in Foreign Trade / Business administration or similar qualification during 6-month internship
- Committing to working full-time in 6 months (8 hours/day & 5 days/week)
- Good computer skill (MS office)
- Good planning and organization skill
- Good communication in Vietnamese and English
- Excellent time management
- Able to work multitasking and independently
- Careful, flexible, honest and have a good cooperation in work
- Willing to work in District 9, HCMC
