JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Monitoring & Report – 50%
- Social project execution: Daily monitoring and doing daily tasks that follow master timing/ team leader’s request
- Social Report: Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, VOC, Sentiment
- Paperwork (if any)
2. Social Experts – 10%
- Stay on top of industry trends, seek out and share information on new channel opportunities to apply to client business needs, and provide insight by vertical
- Support team members to grow up and develop social skills together
3. Job management (Project, timeline, human) – 20%
- Solve problems, achieve KPI, and deadlines are met
- Play a key point of contact to connect with internal & external teams (including client relationships) as a social specialist and continuously build up the company’s reputation and growth as well
4. Planning & Supervising – 20%
- Work closely with the Planning team to do the Social part from brief to final proposal
- Supervise and provide solutions to ensure on-track project & solve problems
REQUIREMENTS
- Be able to work full-time, on-site during 6-12 months
- Knowledge in terms of Digital Marketing, Communications, and the industry
- Up to date with new trends and developments
- Have experience in managing Fanpage and working with KOLs/ influencers is highly preferred
- Excellent in task management, time management
- Flexible, careful, diligent, detailed
