Job Description
This role will focus on planning and monitoring platform campaigns with different products, seller and user segments to achieve and improve business performance.
- Facilitate campaigns, ensure all campaigns are presented to the highest standards, with the priorities of the customer.
- Ensure relevant departments, categories business functions are represented and appropriate product selections have been made.
- Tracking and analyze campaign performance – daily, weekly, monthly, spike events for continuous improvement and implementation.
- Be a co-owner for the campaigns, working with cross functions to improve customer and seller experience.
- Compile, analyze and present performance metrics and enlighten potential opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as Marketing Planner or similar role.
- Knowledge of business key performance metrics.
- Solid computer skills especially PowerPoint/Google Slide, Spreadsheet/Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude.
- Work with open minded, dedication and enthusiasm.
- Strong communication skills with both internal and external teams.
- Thrives to work in a fast-paced and agile team with a strong winning mindset.
