Internship in the Sales – Order Management Department

JOB DESCRIPTION
In this Sales Order Management Intern role, you will be in charge of order management & reporting, including managing orders from dealers, following up with payment & invoicing, managing import documents as well and preparing reports as assigned. Secondly, you will manage the Customer Order Management System, such as supporting to creation of modifications for the System users and managing orders in the System. Thirdly, you will handle vehicle documents, the tasks include but are not limited to managing & storing internal documents and a vehicle release sheets. You will also be responsible for the issuance and double-checking of invoices, assisting in preparing & checking product materials. Lastly, you will gather information & analyze the possibility of individual products in each market segment.
REQUIREMENTS
To fit into this position, you need to have good Microsoft Office skills; especially, Microsoft Excel skills is highly appreciated in this position. Plus, a good command of English will be an advantage for this position.
