JOB DESCRIPTION
• Support the CRM team in daily administrative tasks.
• Support CRM team in campaign execution, included online or offline activities.
• Help distribute marketing materials.
• Maintain effective communication with operation team in regarding to membership program (i.e. guidelines, policy, POSM & other issues related to customer service).
• Conduct the Marketing report under instructions.
REQUIREMENTS
• Fresh graduated in Marketing or Business
• Good in Excel and other Microsoft Office
• Possess strong logical thinking and the capacity to perform under pressure
• Ability to present data and information in a simple and concise way
• Able to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Good Communication skill.
