Position Summary: 

We are seeking Scientific Client Partnership. This role provides training and technical support to BioTuring users who are experts in the life science field, additionally, collaborates with them to help develop tailored solutions that meet their research objectives. 

Responsibilities: 

• Be the primary point of contact for users, ensuring their satisfaction and success
• Lead training sessions and provide technical support for BioTuring products
• Stay updated on advancements in single-cell and spatial multi-omics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product development and marketing strategies

Requirements: 

• Strong background in molecular biology (Freshman or Master’s degree) 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (IELTS 6.5 or equivalent)
• Proactive in self-learning and eager to expand knowledge in the field of computational biology
• Communication, problem-solving skills 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Position: Full-time (Open for working by shift with international users) – On-site: Thao Dien Street, Thao Dien Ward, District 2 (Thu Duc City), Ho Chi Minh City 

Salary: Commensurate with experience and contribution
