KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

• Collaborate with suppliers and freight forwarders for export and import;
• Create shipping documentation;
• Work with the broker and other parties to finalize the order;
• Draft documents such as an invoice, packing lists, sales contracts, and so on;
• Reporting support (if any);
• Print and submit documents for signature, stamping, and recording.

REQUIREMENT

• Education: Undergraduate or fresh graduate students, majoring in trading, import and export, business administration, or English;
• Excellent English;
• Good Excel and PowerPoint skills;
• Critical thinking, diligence, and attention to detail;
• Highly organized.
