EMVN is now seeking an experienced and dynamic Customer Support Executive (Customer Relation Executive) to join our team and play a pivotal role in our global business. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, understanding, and supporting customer needs/pain/requirements to facilitate their business with our services.

What you would handle:
- Master in using EMVN Music Library and actively create playlists for clients based on their usages or create the playlists upon the demand
- Keep closely with clients about their service usage and get well known their insight/pain points in using the service
- Support clients’ requests about music copyright on Youtube, Facebook + other digital platforms (via email, FB page).
- Keep updated on the policy of Youtube, Facebook, and Copyright to consult the client
- Support handle inbound qualified leads, onboarding, offboarding & support clients
- Support freelancer management for the content on Page
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a related field.
- Have at least 2 years of experience, especially in Customer Service, Account Manager, Client Relations, Partnership Relations
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!!
- Excellence in Vietnamese & English (TOIEC 700 or IELTS 6.0 or relevant)
- Radical integrity, shared responsibility and aims for excellent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Have a personal laptop & good internet connection at home.
- Love music or having music copyright knowledge is a plus.
- A strong passion for delving into innovative technologies like AI, automation, and data analysis is highly advantageous.
