The Kuehne+Nagel Graduate Program is a great way to launch your career in International Freight Forwarding and Logistics. Our 18-month program is based in Vietnam wide and offers talented individuals the opportunity to build valuable operational and commercial skills in a fast-moving global logistics environment. Graduates will broaden their experience and deepened their knowledge through a rotation of business placements. The business unit placements will be complemented by a dedicated development program and Graduates are part of the graduate community hub, where they’ll be mentored and coached by colleagues across the business.
Your program will either focus on a specific business or functional unit, or allow you to rotate through a variety of both. During your program we hope that you will develop the following knowledge + skills:
▪ To learn + understand how we fit into the supply chain + logistics landscape.
▪ To build knowledge of our operational, sales + logistics processes, including their application.
▪ To develop personal leadership skills: know yourself + understand others, communication, collaboration.
▪ To learn about + apply project management skills: actively participate in/lead + deliver in assigned projects
▪ To develop a basic knowledge of continuous improvement/lean thinking
▪ To develop knowledge of our various systems + products.
You will experience our customer engagement cycle with guidance from our team members. You will learn the principles of business via a variety of complex processes. You will work on challenging projects, deliver presentations + enlarge your skill sets through multiple experiences in various exciting departments. During your program + on a daily basis you will be exposed to a cross section of our organization; learning about our specific products, how to communication with different stakeholders with a focus on delivering customer excellence. On any given day you could be working in or leading a project, preparing for a customer presentation or commercial bid, or supporting teams in customer implementations + onboarding of new business. By the end of your program, you will learn how to establish strong customer relationships, develop a detailed understanding of our global import + export operations while being exposed to our focus on sustainability.

University Degree
Fresh graduates or Maximum 2 years work experience
Ability to travel
