RESPONSIBILITIES
- Data Analysis & Business Performance Analysis
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business strategies and decision-making.
- Support in evaluating the performance of products/program/Field Force using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Market Research
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, market dynamics and consumer insight to provide valuable insights to the business.
- Report Creation & Data Visualization
- Assist in creating and maintaining reports and dashboards to visualize data and present key findings to stakeholders.
- Utilize data visualization tools to create compelling and easy-to-understand charts, graphs, and presentations.
- Learning and Development
- Take part in training sessions and workshops to enhance analytical skills and business acumen
REQUIREMENTS
- Final year or fresh university graduate.
- Ideally business-related major, has experience working with data analysis and cross-team collaboration.
- Good writing, presentation and communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
- Good analytical mindset.
- Familiar with Microsoft applications and operations
