Responsibilities:
- Identify potential suppliers and manage internal stakeholder and suppliers’ expectation relating to all purchase requirements of the Company;
- Maintain records of purchasing, pricing quotation and other reporting data;
- Support to develop plans for all purchase requirement of the Company;
- Ensure that all purchases are for the benefit of the Company upon to specific requirement of each request;
- Maintain and update a list of suppliers, their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development; and
- Other tasks relating to procurements.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor or college’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing or related field
- Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in Procurement, Sourcing (with the focus on purchasing goods and materials relating to POSM, Promotional Items)
- Skill/ Knowledge:
- Supplier Management
- Negotiation skill
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Attitude:
- Hardworking, honest, responsible, team-player.
