JOB DESCRIPTION
- Prepare the planogram (product display diagram) for each category and store by Spaceman software/ Lập planogram (sơ đồtrưng bày sản phẩm) cho từng ngành hàng/ sản phẩm và lưu trữ bằng phần mềm Spaceman.
- Standardize the display concept by category for the whole store chain./ Chuẩn hóa concept trưng bày theo ngành hàng cho toàn chuỗi cửa hàng
- Analyze the sales and designate the shopping decision tree by each category./ Phân tích doanh số và thiết kế cây quyết định mua sắm theo từng danh mục
- Evaluate the effectiveness of planogram every 6 months and refresh the look./ Đánh giá hiệu quả của planogram 6 tháng một lần và làm mới giao diện planogram.
- Collaborate with Category team to develop planograms and commitment with suppliers about the display if any./ Phối hợp với Phòng Ngành Hàng xây dựng planogram và cam kết với nhà cung cấp về trưng bày nếu có.
- Ϲo-operate with Operations Team to follow up the execution, make sure stores to implement file properly and apply the most updated/ Phối hợp với Phòng vận hành để theo dõi quá trình thực hiện, đảm bảo các cửa hàng triển khai tệp đúng cách và áp dụng các bản cập nhật mới nhất
- Manage the store layouts and other supportive documents/ Quản lý cách bố trí cửa hàng và các tài liệu hỗ trợ khác
- Other assignments from Line Manager./ Các nhiệm vụ khác được phân công bởi Quản Lý Trực Tiếp.
REQUIREMENTS
- Three years of working experience with two year working experience in planogram, visual merchandising or similar functions/ Ba năm kinh nghiệm làm việc với hai năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong thiết kế trưng bày planogram, bán lẻ, v.v
- University graduated/ Tốt nghiệp đại học
- Good command of computer skills/ Sử dụng thành thạo máy tính.
- Effective communication in English and Vietnamese/ Giao tiếp Tiếng Anh tốt.
- Detailed, proactive and business-oriented/ Chi tiết, chủ động và có định hướng trong công việc.
- Experience in spaceman software is preferable/ Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm về phần mềm spaceman
