JOB DESCRIPTION
Main objective:
- In-charge on ad-hoc request and enhancement on 2 key domains: Loyalty and Gamification.
- Assist operation team to solve product issues, bugs.
Outcome:
- Learning how to build digital product (both in theory and practice) and confident to be product management staff.
- Knowledge on eCommerce platform especially B2B business model.
- Experience on working with diversified stakeholder roles (Business ops, Product ops, Development, UX/UI, Product, etc.)
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
- Have career orientation in product development, business analysis or in tech industry.
- Good written and verbal communication skills with good analytical, logical thinking, problem-solving mindset.
- Adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable to work with change in a dynamic environment.
