JOB DESCRIPTION
- Troubleshoot computer and device hardware related to end-users
- Install and configure Microsoft products (Windows, Office365, …)
- Onsite at CMC TSSG’s customer company to support simple problems according to instructions
- Participate in other jobs as directed by Line Manager
JOB REQUIREMENT
- The final year student in IT major
- Ability to communicate in English
- Good at teamwork
- Quickly handle of situations
- If you have CCNA/MCSA/Cloud or equivalent certificates is a big plus
- Working full-time from at least 2 months
