JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for user growth of Social Media platforms delivering projects, campaigns awareness/engagement by social initiatives.
- Supervise & monitor Agency to deliver the final outcome following set KPIs
- Coordinate with internal resources and work with other teams across all functions (Commercial, Campaign, etc) that coincide with the campaign & brand messages, ensuring that all tasks are on track.
- Use strong analytical ability to evaluate customer experience and engagement across social platforms.
- Analyzing social media metrics with tracking systems to determine areas for social media campaign improvement.
- Measure and report the performance of all campaigns performance.
- Monitor & update competitor reviews.
- Other tasks as assigned by the team lead.
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from College/University with at least 6 months – 1-year experience in Communications / Social Media / Project Management.
- Good at analyzing / processing/reading data; Microsoft Office (Excel; PowerPoint; Word).
- Have a sense of creativity, especially for social outreach (KOL, Community)
- Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese to coordinate with teams from across the region.
