JOB DESCRIPTION
The Business Analyst (Sales Strategy) is responsible for monitoring and improving commercial performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Data Analysis:
Analyze merchant performance and report merchant performance metrics;
Maintain & update merchant dashboards.
Uncover actionable insights through data analysis and communicate the insights effectively to functional leaders;
Perform ad-hoc data tasks per request.
2.User & Traffic Data Management & Analysis
- Build and maintain reports, and dashboards for tracking user base performance and traffic impacted by merchant and campaign setup
- Work closely with the Marketing data team, Campaign Management team and Commercial product team to analyze user journey and user behavior with an aim to conduct merchant-user along with supply-demand matching in the market and recommend solutions for promotion, user drivers and new initiatives
- Collaborate with Data Science team to conduct new features in platform, applying data modelling and machine learning techniques for merchant and user recommendations
- Design and implement standard and customized reports on food solution service for F&B chain and potential
- SMEs seeking support for market entry, market expansion or user segment analysis
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience 1-2 year experience in a similar position at food delivery/e-commerce companies
- MS Office, strong Excel skill, intermediate SQL skill
- Strong data handling skill: query, cleaning, collection
- Good commercial sense
- Knowledge in E-commerce, Ride-hailing, On-demand logistics, E-commerce logistics
- Communication skill (verbal and written)
- Problem Solving skill
- Open-minded, detailed-oriented, responsible, self-leading, energized
