JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Analyze business requests raised by the functional department related to E-commerce and Marketing domain
- Review current system to check if it can be adapted to fulfill the request
- Collaborate with data warehouse engineers to design the necessary information to fulfill the request
- Coordinate with ERP/software team to build necessary systems or applications
- Design and create reports and dashboards to fulfill the business requests
- Update report instructions and create documents to deliver and present the product
- Deliver and present reports to the team and ensure that functional departments are using reports effectively
- Provide personal evaluation and insights with reports
- Review functional reports and provide insights
- Propose solutions to the BI director on how to improve report usage and address business issues related to functional departments
- Conduct periodic consulting on business issues related to functional departments with data-driven approaches
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, or business administration
- At least 3 years of experience in data analytics, with a focus on E-commerce & Marketing analytics
- Experience in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong communication skills and ability to present data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in project management and ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
