JOB DESCRIPTION
Being a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will spend your day taking part in almost end-to-end recruitment activities:
- Update and monitor approved job posts across online channels.
- Liaise with candidates and hiring department for test & interview arrangement.
- Actively search and approach candidates to build talent pipeline under guidance of the team.
- Update recruitment status/candidate database with a timely and accurate manner.
- Receive and follow-up completion of new employees’ documents submission during on-boarding period.
REQUIREMENTS
What makes you a great fit for us:
- 3rd year or 4th year university students.
- Knowledge and determination to grow in recruitment field.
- Experience in recruitment sourcing is a great advantage.
- Eyes for details, heart for improvement and motivation to conquer all difficulties.
- No hesitation in taking extra effort with can-do attitude.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience with Photoshop is a great plus.
