Responsibility:
Main task
- Support to build process of operations quality control
- Support to detail cancellation rate by ward level
- Support to improve delivery service for Mart
- Monitor key merchants acquisition by Regions
- Ensure merchant quality feedback is in place
- Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver quality controls
Qualifications:
- Education:
- A Bachelor’s degree in business management, business administration or relevant field;
- Experience:
- Any experience is preferred
- Skill/ knowledge:
- Problem solving, Teamwork, Communication
- Attitude:
- Open-minded, detailed-oriented, responsible, self-leading, energized
