Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
– To support development of adidas sport performance (Running, Traing, Football, Basketball); adidas Sportswear & adidas Culture (Originals) and Community (adidas Runners Saigon)
– To grow adidas brand image in country and to attain brand image leadership by providing efficient communication of key messages across all appropriate communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
– Support Brand Manage to brief, debrief agencies, vendors, suppliers, stakeholders for planning and execute adidas Brand/Product Campaigns development plan, monitoring results vs objectives/KPI.
– Identify and develop high-potential talents for the sport & culture communities to collaborate with.
– Integrate and execute key campaigns throughout marketing calendar.
– Follow up with Marketing working budget to achieve efficient and effective utilization
– To manage all 3rd party joint promotional requests and non-sporting sponsorship enquiries
– Act as a business contact for external parties (agencies and suppliers)
– Daily & Monthly Tasks with paper-works (agencies, stakeholder, internal Department,…)
– Tracking interval process of Finance System & Brand Communications System.
– Well manage the Brand Communications Stocks of products & all materials related.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree with field of PR, Marketing
– Fluent in English Verbal & Writing
– Advanced in Office (Powerpoint, Outlook, Words, Excel)
– Extra with Canva, Miro, NOTION
