JOB DESCRIPTION
Support Media Manager in TV and OOH planning and execution:
1. Campaign pre-planning
- Check briefing from Brand team: Campaign Objective, Brand history performance, Material availability, Channel availability, Competitor activity on every channel
- Material licenses and Channel requested.
2. Campaign planning
- Check historical campaign performance
- Benchmark of platform channel: Price / Unit Cost/ GRP/ Reach, Impression, Frequency capability…
- Brand grouping for advance cost allocation for OOH
- TV channels selection: short term format consideration, OTT vs. Cable coverage.
- OOH locations and format selections
- Check sales coverage and product availability
- Discuss with brand team about synchronize all branding activities on platform: BTL activation, TV sponsorship,
- Prepare briefing to designer to produce ad banners/content for OOH campaigns
- Collect design working file, prepare ad briefing for vendor’s adaptation
3. Media execution
- OOH and TV Booking and Monitoring
- TV spots adjustment for booking
4. Media Analysis
- Check performance on TV GRP for plan/actual performance
- OOH campaign feedback
- Share report to brand team to discuss about brand performance (Top purchased SKUs, item sold, customer feedback…)
- Review campaign with media agency
- Campaign actual payment: OOH and TV
Competitor monitoring: OOH by activities side-check and TV by Kantar report
Problem-solving: Work with related teams (internal & external) to solve problems when necessary (for material and booking issues)

REQUIREMENT
- University degree in Finance/Marketing/Business Administration/ related
- Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good at detail and numbers
- Can use English in the workplace
