We are currently seeking a Media Performance & Analytics Manager who is responsible for overseeing the planning, optimizing, execution and measurement of all e-Commerce media performance efforts. Overall will include finding ways to engage, acquire, and retain customers across a variety of lead media and social platforms. This role requires a proven track record in leading and evolving digital media strategies, driving audience lead- generations across the buying journey, targeting tactics, being data management & insights focused, and having agility in optimization for growth in the e-Commerce area. Plus, this role will present strong e-touch points analytic skills for Vietnam e-Commerce performance.

Collaborate closely with e-Commerce and IBE teams for full funnel planning based on People Journey to lead people to Colgate’s e-Commerce sites.

Evolve and optimize our media performance to achieve e-Commerce goals through applying different media strategies and tactics, including digital media channels mix, etc.

Lead data management from touchpoints planning

Lead integration of media performance marketing across all channels

Manage e-Commerce media agencies and direct our e-Commerce marketing tools including paid search, paid social, affiliate, off site and on site media of e-Commerce platforms

Develop and maintain a media performance dashboard to report key metrics of lead performance

Work closely with Marketing, e-Commerce, e-Commerce media agencies on a shared to team and media calendar strategy and optimization

Analyze and optimize channel performance on an ongoing basis to ensure performance meets or exceeds targets; present results to company leadership

Continually test new media types and channels based on industry/ e-Commerce trends

For all platforms, track daily, weekly & monthly KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement. Report KPIs to management on a weekly and monthly basis.

* Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing or another related field

Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in media performance marketing/ lead generations to e-Commerce related field, focused in consumer-goods/services

Base-level knowledge of e-Commerce marketing tools such as Facebook Business Manager, Google Ad words, Onsite e-Commerce platforms such as LZD/ Shopee MSP

Strong in Excel sheets/ Analytic tools/ building performance dashboards
