Job Description:
- Being responsible for the ad strategy, execution, performance, and reporting of the Digital campaigns of top brands across multiple platforms (Facebook, Ins, Google’s, Tiki Ads Platform).
- Work collaboratively with Account team in terms of ad-media brief and plans.
- Identify trends and insights as well as optimize budget and performance based on the performance.
- Analyzing campaign performance and providing optimization recommendations.
- Troubleshoots critical issues and contribute insights for TikiAds system improvement.
Job Requirement:
Background:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field required.
- Having Experience at least 2-3 year in Ads optimization.
- Having experience in eCommerce, and brands with marketing positions will be a plus.
- Having passion in the e-commerce industry & strong belief in ecommerce media solutions will be your good point to start a great learning here.
- Having the insights, experience and passion in premium to high-end Health & Beauty, financial service is a plus
Professional & Soft Skills:
- Good knowledge in the display, video, social and search advertising (SEM, SEO, Display network, Video network, Facebook, Tag management, etc)
- Knowledge in Analytics tools (Google Analytics) & Measurement Tools would be a plus
- Possess logical reasoning skills with numerical ability
- Detailed-oriented, well organized with a good sense of responsibility
- Proactive and willing to learn
- Excellent teamwork and ability to adapt
- Self-motivated, but also can work well in a team
