Job Description
- Being responsible for the ad strategy, performance review & periodic follow-up to make sure that partner‘s campaigns reach as planned.
- Identify media trends and insights to find out the new source of growth both in terms of traffic and ad spending for brands and sellers.
- Manage team members with mutual learning & growth that contribute to individual success and then team enhancement as well.
- Build & maintain high-level media partnerships.
- Pipeline management, sales forecasting, and key sales reports with business KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for Joint-Business Plans (JBPs) with key strategic partners.
Job Requirement:
Background:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field is required.
- 4-5 years of digital media sales experience.
- Extensive experience in working & selling to senior marketing leaders on the agency & brand side
- Excellent communication & presentation skills with the ability to collaborate across different levels of stakeholders
- Analytical with a strong bias for data-based decisions
- Team Player with the ability to work across a matrix environment in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts
- Having a passion in the e-commerce industry & strong belief in ecommerce media solutions will be a good point to start great learning here.
- Having the insights, experience, and passion for premium to high-end Health & Beauty, financial service is a plus
Professional & Soft Skills:
- Good knowledge of display, video, social and search advertising (SEM, SEO, Display network, Video network, Facebook, Tag management, etc)
- Knowledge in Analytics tools (Google Analytics) & Measurement Tools would be a plus
- Possess logical reasoning skills with numerical ability
- Detailed-oriented, well organized with a good sense of responsibility
- Proactive and willing to learn
- Excellent teamwork and ability to adapt
- Self-motivated, but also can work well in a team
