Requirements
- Ability to analyze issues
- Good logical thinking
- Good English communication (4 skills)
- Office software (MS Office, etc.)
Job Descriptions
- Receive and solve/ resolve global client’s requests
- Work 5 days/week; including weekends, holidays, Tet holiday.
- Work in 3 shifts in rotation following company’s arrangement
Shift 1: 6 AM – 2 PM
Shift 2: 2 PM – 10 PM
Shift 3: 10 PM – 6 AM
Benefits
- Basic salary: negotiated.
- Salary review is every 6 months; the increasing will depend on the work performance.
- Other allowances: parking fee of motorbike, necessities are available (milk, cake, tea, coffee, etc.) to ensure health at work.
